The B.Sc. Political Science programme at the UNIOSUN Centre for Distance and e-Learning gives you a solid grounding in government, politics, public policy and international relations. You study through a flexible, technology-enabled mode that fits around work, family and other commitments.

Programme Overview

Political Science is the study of power, authority and governance: how societies make collective decisions, how states and institutions work, and how citizens take part in public life. The programme covers political theory, Nigerian and African politics, comparative politics, public administration, international relations and research methods, with a strong focus on the Nigerian and African context.

The programme is delivered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL). It upholds the academic standards and values of Osun State University, with well-designed course materials, experienced lecturers and dedicated learner support.
